Needle Felted Wall Hanging

​With nothing but a felting needle and wool, you'll be guided along as you create soft, ethereal landscapes that will then be framed using driftwood found on Oona's coastline. These painterly wall hangings are a great introduction to the art of needle felting.

 

During the workshop, you’ll be shown how to poke (and poke and poke) and fuse layers of colourful wool roving using a special felting needle in a wonderfully therapeutic process. You’ll be given all the tips and tricks there are to mastering 2D needle felting. Seascapes and sunsets will be our muse for these driftwood framed wall hangings. As you add each wispy layer of wool, you’ll see your scene come to life... no painting skills required!​
